Speakers Metropolitan Kallistos of Diokleia Oxford, UK Archbishop Cyril Vasyl, SJ Congregation for the Eastern Churches, Rome, Italy Archimandrite Robert Taft, SJ Pontifical Oriental Institute, Rome, Italy Archimandrite Job Gretcha Catholic Institute of Paris, Paris, France Sister Vassa Larin University of Vienna, Austria Prof. Richard Schneider Trinity College, Toronto and St. Vladimir’s Seminary, New York Patriarch Bartholomew is expected to address the conference The speakers will discuss the conference theme of "Church Councils of the East" from the perspective of their own tradition. Each plenary will conclude with a limited discussion period among the speakers and with questions from the audience. All of the papers presented will be published and provided to all attendees in a Proceedings book after the conference. A Liturgical book will be prepared for full participation in the liturgical services. Opening and closing remarks will be made by various Church leaders in attendance.
